# Hibiscus Tacos ## Ingredients - 2 cups of dried hibiscus flowers - half white onion ## Recipe - Wash flowers in sink thoroughly, to get off all gritty bits. - Put in pot, add 4 cups water (twice amount). - Optionally hydrate for an hour. - Bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes - Strain liquid into bowl. - You can make agua jamaica by adding 4 more cups of water, and 1/4th cup sugar to the strained liquid. - Heat olive oil on med heat until translucent. Add flowers, cook for 10m. Add preferred spices.
