# Ramen noodles ## Ingredients - Tofu or some other protein, or a green like bok choy - 60g of noodles - 1 tbsp of vbutter - 1 tbsp of soy sauce - 1 tbsp sake - 1 tsp of powdered soup stock - Pinch of grated ginger - 1-1.5 cups boiled water ## Steps - Cook noodles and protein, set aside - Combine everything in a bowl - Pour boiled water on top
