Roasted potatoes
- Boil water, add 2 tbsp of salt and half tsp of baking soda
- Boil potatoes for 10 m.
- Heat oven to 450f
- Cook 5 tbsp olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, rosemary, and black pepper, for 3 m
- Drain potatoes for 1m, transfer to bowl, add only oil (not the leftover garlic and rosemary). Cover bowl with metal lid and shake vigorously.
- Bake for 20m, flip, and bake for 30m more, until crispy.
- Add rest of garlic and rosemary, add some salt, serve.
