# Baked potato

- Poke holes in potats
|

- brine in saltwater for a few seconds
|
|
- bake at 450 for 1 hour or until 205 internal temp on rack
|
|
|
|
## Optional
|
|
|
|
- brush skin with vegetable or canola oil
|
|
- cook for another 15
|
|
- crack open immediately, add stuff
