This document provides room for four 50mm x 50mm samples of security paper on each page. There is room for a date, source, and notes about each sample. Print it double-sided, either on the long edge if the pages are meant to be three-hole punched and placed in a binder, or on the short edge if it is meant to be folded in half and saddle stapled to be a booklet.
Carefully trim each sample to at least 50mm per side. The use of a paper trimmer is highly encouraged if you want the samples to be perfectly square.
Use rubber cement to glue down samples. Put a thin layer in the center of the square on the page. Lay your samples face down on a piece of scrap paper and completely coat the back with a thin layer of rubber cement. Allow both pieces a minute or two to dry, then carefully place the sample on the page. Rub it down with your thumb or a rubber roller (such as a brayer) to ensure it is completely adhered to the page. Use a fine point pen to record your notes.
